A Groups-Based system, Find a Group OR Invite-Only optionsCreate your group/s (or you could call them teams) to focus your communications to the right crowd. To start, you just create your group/s (if you're a team you'll have one group, if you're a Club you'll have many groups). Invite your users via the simple invitation system, you'll only need the user's email address to send them an invite. Users receives an email, follows the link, registers and away they go.

NOTICEBOARD Each user has their own Noticeboard displaying the activity feed of everything going on in their group/s. If a user is connected to more than one group, the User Noticeboard will aggregate activity from all groups. CONNECTING TO YOUR TEAM OR GROUP When creating your teams the user can select whether to have the group "open to search", or, "invite-only". The app has a simple search tool to find and join your team from there. MESSAGING Send a quick message in real-time to the whole group. Field change? Date change? Left something behind? Need a lift? Send fast messages without bumbling around looking for email addresses or phone numbers. PHOTOS & VIDEOS Post photos and videos to share within your group. It could be of the latest game or some visual tips to an upcoming match. The photo gallery will allow you to upload an unlimited number of items. There is also a simple, easy to use slideshow to view all your media as well as the ability to comment on all media. INTEGRATE COMPETITION INFORMATION We can integrate all of your competition information into your app for each team. EVENTS Enter all the latest fixtures and events directly into the Group Calendar. Send an email notification of the important events in real-time to your group users. Respond and comment directly on the event, cancel or update the event in seconds. Add location for integrated maps and also create tasks for Jersey Washing and bringing the Oranges. DOCUMENTS Share documents with your team. Team forms, information flyers, training tips and data or even the upcoming Board Meeting Agenda, or keep Board Minutes on file. All available online and in the apps. BLOG/NEWS/ARTICLE Got a big story to share? Now you can deliver a match report and even embed video and photos. The coach now has a way they can share an informative tips or a motivational piece to the team. An article can be a simple text article or you can also embed media or even html to dress up your article. Important to note: all articles can only be read by members within that group, they cannot be publicly read - all content is private to group members. WEBSITE LINKS Add any handy website links that you want to share with the group in the Links section. Simply add the URL and description and hit go, then you'll have the links stored there for all users to access. |

How Do You Administer the Application?
The network is a very controlled environment, with the ability to manage users and have groups as an invite-only joining process.
However potentially from time-to-time a Group admin may need to delete comments or content from their group, or even remove a user. We hope it doesn't happen, but there are built-in tools to handle such a situation.

Privacy & Security
We're really passionate about privacy.
Only users that have been invited by the Group Organiser have access to information and content that is shared within your group/s. With the groups being structured this way, only people approved by the Group Organiser can have access, therefore no unwanted or unfriendly users will ever have access to the group's content. Each user can also manage their profile and restrict what group members can see of their profile.
Your personal account information is for you and you alone. We don't profile or data mine any users and we will never pass your information on to third parties. All sponsorship advertising on Sports Club HQ is handled directly by Sports Club HQ, no one else gets access to our user's information.
We take the issue of data security very seriously. The site is secured by a security certificate, and has it's own security wrapped around the application's data layer. Our platform host, Microsoft, also have Tier 1 security protocols surrounding the destination of the data servers and the hosting space.
